We are hiring: Account Manager (web design/ digital agency)

We're looking for a talented project manager/ QA manager to join our design agency in central Bristol who will work with our diverse client portfolio.

Who we are

We are a specialist digital agency who design and develop custom elearning systems for a variety of clients. On top of the design work, we also deliver a range of website management and marketing packages to both elearning and non-elearning clients. 

Although we are a small agency our work has been recognised worldwide and this has given us the opportunity to work with some great people.

Our ideal candidate

We’re looking for someone who is excited by the prospect of working with a variety of clients and is confident managing projects through from beginning to end. As a digital design agency no two clients are ever the same and each day provides its own triumphs and challenges.

Our new Account Manager needs to demonstrate excellent communication skills to handle internal teams and clients. Processes are key to consistent, high-quality work, so alongside making sure deadlines are hit, the Account Manager needs to be responsible for quality assurance and feedback management.

In addition to client management and QA, the Account Manager will also be responsible for handling queries sent to our support desk; actioning small requests, doing research into solutions and booking in larger jobs with our development team. As a result, WordPress experience is essential and the candidate would benefit from an active interest in digital tech, web development, UX or marketing.

Your experience

You will ideally have at least 2 years of account management/ client management skills as this role will require you to manage multiple stakeholders from our internal design and development team, to our clients’ project lead and team members.

You will also need to be familiar WordPress and the quality assurance/ quality control process so that you can sign off work before it goes to the client.

Experience with digital design projects, UX or HTML is advantageous but not a must.
