I want a one-off campaign, is that possible?Yes, these plans are tailored around running short to medium term campaigns.
Can you take over managing our current campaign?Yes. We are more than happy to take over from an agency or privately managed account.
How often will they be optimised?We keep a very close eye on all our live campaigns and take immediate when necessary. In addition, clients receive a monthly report which includes larger insights and optimisation recommendations.
What if I need reports more often than monthly?We produce reports at the end of each campaigns’ cycle. For example, at the end of the initial two weeks testing period. However, we can also produce more regular reports should you require at an additional cost.
Is there a testing period?Yes, and we highly recommend running a test for at least two weeks before launching into your main campaign. It’s important that we test targeting, placement and ad copy on each platform.
What happens if my budget changes?We always stick to your agreed budget but advise you to leave some leeway for fluctuations. In some cases we may find that the testing period budget isn’t enough but we are also mindful that in some cases budget may be limited. We’ll always remain transparent about the impact of changes to your budget.
